Two wine stores which guard the gems of the Cima Corgo
Vinification takes place in two wine stores:
The Port wine store, whose renovation was entirely driven by respect for the traditional materials and forms of architecture and the long-established methods of vinification (schist walls, lagares, pipas and casks);
The red wine store, created from scratch by Pierre Yovanovitch in a particularly audacious architectural style, with a contemporary design which provides superb vistas of the spectacular countryside around it.
Marta and her team invite you to come and discover the wine stores, to learn about the various stages in the process of creating our exceptional products, from grape to bottle, and to sample our gems from the Cima Corgo.
